Laura Horton has worked in dentistry for almost three decades, beginning her career as a dental nurse before specialising in patient communication and team development.
Over the past 17 years, she has run her own consultancy, helping dental practices improve how they connect with patients, build trust, and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Laura is passionate about communication that inspires confidence and clarity—skills that apply across every industry. Through her work, she helps business owners and teams strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, and achieve sustainable growth.

Who can join your membership?
Our membership plans are open to female founders or directors who have been running their businesses or working in a business as a director for a minimum of 2 years and are not part of a reseller business program.
Do I have to be earning six figures to join?
Not necessarily. We have members who are earning less than six figures, members who are earning six figures and members who are earning seven plus figures but we all have something in common… we are aspirational action takers. If you are an aspirational action taker looking to scale to six figures and more, apply to join!
Do you have industry lockouts?
We do not have a lockout policy, we do look to have a balance of business services in each group.
What is the structure of the meetings?
The beauty of our meetings lies in their informality. We don’t do pitches, timers or closed referrals. Instead, our group gatherings serve as a platform for open conversations, enabling everyone to provide updates on their business progress for the month and seek support and advice. Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where members can come together and discuss their businesses in a friendly, non judgemental setting.
Can I attend meetings in other locations?
Yes, absolutely we encourage our members to visit other groups whenever possible. There is the option to purchase guest tickets to attend other member locations as a guest.
Can I attend a meeting before I sign up as a member?
Our meetings are exclusively for members – what’s said in the room stays in the room, and that confidentiality is really important to us.

Can non-members attend events?
Some of our events are open to non-members, but we never share our event links publicly. Attendance is by private invitation or via our guest list. If you’d like to be considered for future events, you can sign up to our guest list here.
Will I have to show my tax return or personal financial details?
Not at all, we will look at your social media presence and your application to review your membership request. Six Figured Females is a community for women who have been in business for 2+ years and ones who are ambitious and looking for (and to share) insights into running a successful business and achieving their goals.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a minimum membership commitment of three full months.
After your initial three-month term, you may cancel your membership by providing at least one billing month’s notice in writing.
Example: If you provide notice on 2nd August and your billing date is on the 15th, your membership will end on the 15th September, and your final payment will be on the 15th August.
Can I speak to someone before applying?
Certainly, you can book a call and we will answer any questions you may have concerning becoming a member.
