Six Figured Females has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Networking Group category at the Best Businesswomen Awards 2026.
The finalists were announced in July, recognising female entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals making a significant impact across the UK. It is a group we are proud to stand alongside.
A shortlist that says something about the year
This year’s finalists have built through economic uncertainty, rapid technological change and a shifting idea of what work looks like. The judging panel noted the exceptional quality of entries across every category, and singled out women who are delivering commercial success while creating real change in their industries and communities.
Now in their twelfth year, the Best Businesswomen Awards were founded to celebrate women across all industries. Not only those building successful businesses, but those breaking down barriers and making the path clearer for the women coming behind them.
This one belongs to the members
Six Figured Females is a membership club for established female founders, with chapters across Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London. The rooms are vetted, the conversations are honest, and the ethos is simple. Community over competition.

A networking group is only ever as good as the women in it. This nomination is a reflection of every member who turns up, contributes generously and makes the room worth being in. It belongs to our hosts, who hold those rooms with such care, month after month.
We are the guide. Our members are the reason.
“Being shortlisted for Best Networking Group means a great deal, because it is the one thing we cannot manufacture. You cannot fake the quality of a room. Our members created this, and I am simply glad to be the one running it.”
— Alison Cooper, Six Figured Females
About the awards
Debbie Gilbert, founder of the Best Businesswomen Awards, said she is inspired every year by the women who enter, and that this year’s standard made judging harder than ever. She described the finalists as resilient, ambitious and determined despite the challenges businesses continue to face, and as proof that female entrepreneurs are “a powerful force in the UK economy”.
What happens next
Finalists will come together at the Best Businesswomen Awards Gala Final in October, held in Daventry for its central UK location. Gold and silver winners will be announced across a wide range of categories.
We will be there. And whatever the result, we already know what we have.
